Community Health Care (CHC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center. An FQHC is a community-based organization that provides comprehensive primary care and preventive care, including health, oral, and mental health/substance abuse services to persons of all ages, regardless of their ability to pay or health insurance status. Thus, they (CHCs) are a critical component of the health care safety net The Board of Directors at Community Health Care is comprised of at least 51% patients, which is a requirement of being a Federally Qualified Health Center. We are fortunate to have many of the best folks around leading the direction of our organization.
