Nestled between two mountain ranges and situated on the shoreline of the pristine Puget Sound, Tacoma is the outdoor lover’s paradise. You will be just minutes away from sailing, hiking, biking, fishing, and skiing – plus many other exciting outdoor activities. Tacoma is also centrally located just 30 miles south of Seattle and 174 miles south of Vancouver, B.C.
Although Western Washington has a reputation for heavy rainfall the average annual rainfall is less than Houston, New York City, Atlanta, Memphis, and St. Louis.
